The Earth

Two ladies who used to teach in the public schools now go to different Texas schools and display inflatable planets and the moon.  I don't know what group the ladies were with, but they have presentations for the upper grades.  The kindergarten kids had the option to walk through the display between presentations, so of course, we did!

We are standing around the moon:

After warning, reminding, (threatening) the kids to hold and only hold the planets (reminders of no throwing, no bouncing, no tossing, no punching, no dribbling, no deflating, no biting, no squeezing, and I think I covered it all!) several selected a planet or moon while I snapped a picture:

As we walked out, we passed the BIG earth, gathered around, and "held" it up!  It was fun pretending we could hold the earth!  We enjoyed seeing the planets!
