I went to Cloudcroft, New Mexico and had a wonderful, quiet, calm, no-mystery kind of weekend! As a result, I was running late and could not find the keys to the classroom. One friend asked the teacher next door if we could borrow her keys, but she didn't have hers. He went to other teacher next door, but she didn't have hers either! He then tried the OTHER teacher next door, and guess what? No keys for her! I emptied everything out of my school bag and found my hiding keys at the very bottom!!! I unlocked the door, the kids turned on the lights, and immediately began commenting on the state of the room. After I put my bag down, I got out my camera and began taking pictures of our room. We saw our rainbow pictures on the floor and scattered about:
The containers holding the scissors, erasers, pencils, and glue were on the floor, tipped over and the stuffed animals were out of place and surrounded the action figures:

The contents of the Murphy bag were scattered about and all the books were open as if someone had been reading them:
Tommy was in Murphy's house:
The chairs were on the floor and all mixed up:
A small green hat was found on one stack of chairs:
Holding the green hat that was found:
Books and journals that belong in cubbies were all over the floor:
2 of many gold coins that were found under the messed-up items:
Murphy was sitting on top of books on the top shelf:
The crates were stacked up and a gift bag was inside:
Holding the pot of gold wind sock that was in the gift bag:
A small container was on my chair:
Holding the little leprechaun that was in the container:
WOW!!! We couldn't figure all this out! Maybe there IS a leprechaun at work!!! Tomorrow, we will try to figure out a way to discover just who or what is causing all the chaos in our room. I'm hearing "traps" "special cameras" "contraptions" so who knows what tomorrow will bring? Stay tuned......
